How the Referral Program Works:
- Refer a Friend or Family Member: Tell your loved ones about Neck Back Sports and encourage them to schedule an appointment.
- Earn Credit: Once your referral schedules their first appointment and mentions your name, you will receive a $20 credit* towards your next visit.
- No Referral Limits: There’s no cap! The more people you refer, the more credits you earn.

Terms and Conditions
- Referrers will receive $20 in credits for each successful referral of a new patient.
- Credits will be applied after the new patient has completed their initial consultation.
- Only one $20 credit will be applied per referred patient.
- Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be applied toward future appointments or services.
- There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make.
- Credits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
- Referrers must be existing patients of our practice to be eligible for the referral program.
